This condo is a home away from home nestled in a beautiful garden with a superb gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats eight (8) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet.
Colwin's Place Condo # 3, on the second floor in building # 1, has two (2) queen beds with each sleeping up to two (2) adult guests or one (1) adult guest and two (2) children's guests, and a crib that sleeps a baby guest one-year-old or less. (Guests must request in advance to use the baby crib, baby highchair, baby changing mat, and baby tub as these items are not in the condo, but on the property. Guests must pay a cash damage deposit of $50.00 at check-in to use each baby item). Colwin's Place Condo # 3 also has a Movie Theater and a bunkbed that has two full beds that sleeps four (4) guests. Additionally, Colwin's Place has a PUR Plus water filter installed onto the kitchen faucet so guests may enjoy clean, crisp, and tasty filtered water to reduce guests' use and reliance on bottled water as plastic bottles are not good for the environment. Often Colwin's Place will employ other environmentally friendly practices to reduce Colwin's Place and its guests' carbon footprint on the natural environment and to save and protect it.

If you are a beachgoer, Colwin's Place condos are outfitted with FREE TO-USE bicycles, beach umbrellas, and beach towels or if you just want to enjoy the open air and breathe in that cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze the gazebo and the lanai are the places to be, but if you just want a sun tan, the lanai is the BEST place for a sun tan; make sure you have a cold drink in hand as it pairs well with the cool tropical weather.
