« Beautiful spot on the river. Cabin was comfortable and clean. The river was too low to kayak. Drive into cabin is tricky but owners provided good directions. Road and driveway are very rough. A car could make it back but would recommend a truck or suv with some clearance underneath. »

« We had a great time staying in this cabin. Kim came kayaking by and gave us the courage to give it a try. She was very kind in helping teach our kids how to row the kayaks and just checking in on us. We did some fishing, took a walk, and hung out on the porch watching the river. The fireflies at night are the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. My niece loved catching the frogs. Staying here feels like you’re at a family lake house. »

« I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the beds. The sheets had hair and glitter in them. I sanitized a comforter and covered the couch. It had glitter on it also. I slept on the couch and left a day early. I was afraid to use anything in the kitchen. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow and blanket. »

« My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a very relaxing stay, just what we were looking for! Also, caught a few fish. This place is well stocked with all your daily essentials. The view of the river is beautiful. The property owner is very responsive and helpful. We hope to visit this cabin again or check out another property from this same owner in the future soon(: »

« There were 7 of us visiting to attend my daughter's graduation from GA Southern. This house was a nice place for all of us to stay together and only 30 mins out from Statesboro with a very easy drive between the two. Space was clean and stocked with everything needed amenity wise. Booking was easy and we had a nice stay. Would recommend for anyone. Another plus is a DG a skip and hop from the house. Very convenient for something quickly needed or last minute item. Also, 9 miles or so to I16, and...

« Not what I was expecting but more than I was expecting at the same time. The house needs to be lit up on the outside as it is on a dark dirt road and the owner already said she will take care of that. Very comfortable and cute place to stay while we were visiting Statesboro. »
