« Lovely house with enclosed garden for our dog. Fridge and freezer needed a good clean and the cups needed replacing ( cracked and badly stained). Otherwise all was good! »

« We had a fabulous time away in this gorgeous house in beautiful Staithes. Big enough for two families with Kids and dogs. Perfect stroll to the beach, nearby walks and lovely pubs! »

« We loved our stay, we had 4 nights and tge weather wasnt so great but it didnt stoo us or spoil our mini break. My little boy loved the beach and eventhough it was a bit windy it didnt stop him. The view when you sit at the table for food or just on the couch with a cuppa is breathtaking, its so tranquil to watch the sea. The caravan was well equipped with everything you may need and the beds where very comfortable. We enjoyed playing the games that where available. A short walk of appx 25 mins...

« Great weekend in a beautiful place, plenty of space for us all to be and each bedroom very comfortable. Easy access for taking a walk on the cliffs to saltburn which a few of the group attempted! All in all a great property that was clean and spacious and good for large groups. »

« Had a lovely few days in Windsor Cottage. Property was as described and ideally located next to a convenience store. Just a short walk to the beach and all the amenity that Saltburn has to offer. Highly recommend. »

« We had a lovely stay in Rosebank Cottage. Very central location and the property was clean and tidy. The website doesn’t mention that a deposit needs to be paid beforehand so one thing to consider if you’re staying. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located beach house, just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet too. The only negative thing was some basics like oven gloves and cloths would be helpful. »

« The outside of the property looks quite run down, but the actual apartment itself is beautiful. I could not fault the cleanliness, the beautiful bedlinen and fresh towels, but the bed itself was very uncomfortable and sagged, which made for an unpleasant night sleep. I ended up sleeping on the sofa! We were left no soap or shampoo as advertised, no washing up liquid, although we were left dishwasher tablets for a non-existent dishwasher!! Annoying as had to go out and buy these things. Really...

« Absolutely brilliant cottage. All new fixtures and fittings with everything you could need for your stay. The drains smell came and went- not sure where it came from and it didn’t really bother us. Location fantastic for walks along the coast and short drive to other coastal towns. Would recommend »
