« The room was comfortable, the staff very helpful but the noise in the corridor comes straight in the room. Housekeeping is at 08.30am if you didn't out the sign "don't disturb" they come in the room even if it's your checkout day. »

« Nous étions 4 adultes à visiter Cleveland.
Au départ, nous aurions aimé nous retrouver dans le centre-ville, mais le prix des chambres disponibles étaient beaucoup trop élévés pour notre budget. Nous avons donc choisi pour ce "deuxième" centre-ville de Cleveland et nous ne l'avons pas regretter!
En effet, le secteur où se situe l'hôtel est un nouveau quartier de type "new urbanism" qui est en pleine construction. On y retrouve un nouveau musée d'art contemporain, quelques fast-foods...

« The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment »

« This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with...

« Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

« The staff was amazing and so friendly, we come to Cleveland every summer and this is our first time staying here. We will never stay any where else. Parking was central to everything, we didn’t have to drive once all weekend. We could walk everywhere and all the restaurants around were great!! »

« Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil et dévoué. Les 5 a 7 son très intéressant avec leurs gratuité le déjeuner inclus est excellent et il a énormément de choix . Le stationnement par contre est assez dispendieux. Mais le rapport qualité prix est incroyable. »

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. »

Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. »

« En réservant ce Crowne Plaza sur Ebookers, comme pour tous les autres hôtels, je l'ai choisi car il était mentionné sur le site (et sur d'autres) qu'il y avait un coffre-fort dans la chambre ! A ma grande surprise, rien dans ma chambre, seulement à la réception ! Le personnel semblait surpris de cette erreur sur les différents sites ! Je n'ai pas pas apprécié cette tromperie, c'est pourquoi je ne leur donne pas de bonnes notes et que je ne réserverai plus dans cette chaîne d'hôtels ! »
