Welcome to our 2 bed cosy home which is situated in the popular suburb of Hoole - a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk along the canal to the centre of Chester. It is also conveniently located for Chester Zoo & other city attractions. With 2 lovely bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and 1 with a double bed, a full kitchen with modern appliances & a lovely rear yard complete with outdoor seating, this dog friendly property is a great choice for your Chester city break.

A 2 bedroom, terraced ‘home from home’ with a lovely enclosed rear courtyard with seating. This property is conveniently located near to the City centre and is superb for your Chester stay!

Downstairs there is a cosy living room with smart TV, a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen off which there is a lovely enclosed rear yard with seating.

Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with a separate bath and a walk-in shower. There are also two lovely double bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed and the other with a double bed.

Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

Access is via lock box.
There is on-street parking.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

We also have 24-hour guest service support - so you may see different names on any communications made on my behalf.

Hoole is a popular suburb with real community and fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district just a few minutes walk from this property, that has won a number of awards.
Hoole should be a must-visit on your trip to Chester. The first recommendation would be Short and Stout Coffee Shop which is just a short stride from the property and offers delicious breakfasts. Further into Hoole there is The Suburbs, Made In Italy and Hoole's neighbourhood Bistro - The Sticky Walnut. The Yellow Pig is also a popular spot to enjoy a coffee and a cooked breakfast!

In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.

This house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse (verbal or physical) or generally antisocial behaviour by guests to our representatives, staff and our neighbours.
Any violation of the house rules will forfeit the guest the right to leave a public review.
