« We throughly enjoyed our first visit ,the staff were very helpful and informative.
The room was clean and well equipped.
The food was also to a high standard and a good choice. »
« The propertys owner helped me book breakfast, which was beautiful, when we arrived, helped me with my belongings, the room was lovely and big, it's a beautiful town with affordable Uber transport »
« Beautiful rustic guest house with original interior furnishings, like going back in time. Do not stay here if you expect something like a travelodge!! Facilities were fine, decent WiFi and shower, and host very helpful and makes breakfast for visitors »
« This was the 4th time staying at the George and for the last 2 times ive a room with a very small tv.
So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was.
Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good.
Next time unless i have a room with the bigger tv screen i wont be able to book.

« Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. »
« We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...
« The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. The tasty breakfasts were cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. There was a small but pleasant garden with suitable seating areas.
The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly.
It was an easy 12 minute walk into the cathedral area and town.
