« I do not recommend this property at all for several reasons. This is basically a student flat above a kebab shop. - we arrived at 7pm (despite communicating we would arrive at 6pm) and the keys were not in the lock box as the “cleaner was still there”. « Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes. »

« First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. « They cancelled my reservation at the last minute and left me without a place to stay. They said the elevator needed repairs. I dont believe this. What about all of the other people staying in the building? Didn't ask if I needed an elevator, just cancelled. I do not recommend this place, unless you like the stress related to arriving from the U.S. with no place to stay. »
