« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice at Campiello Del Spezier. The apartment was more than enough room for our family of four. Renata met us at the apartment to explain the nuances of the apartment and give us some Venice treats. There was an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. Our only regret is that we did not leave ourselves with enough time to visit Murano and Burano Islands. Maybe next time. « The apartment was in a good location easy to get to family in San Polo, close to great shopping and sites such as Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It appears before our stay that a pre arrival check was not done. Someone had taken down drapes and left pieces of curttain rods on the ground and hanging off the wall. The very dirty drapes were left unwashed in the washer and the blow dryer did not work. The stairs were under construction which was an issue as the apartment was a fourth floor walk...

« Check in was bad, they told us they would have a taxi for us at the train station and no one was there and could not get a hold of anyone. Same thing with leaving to the airport. The WiFi is really bad, better to just use your cell data. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and by all the shopping area it’s a good place. Just really bad communication from the management company. »
