Hôtels à Centre-ville à Banner Elk

« under construction, building is in sad shape »

« The room was spacious enough, but on our first day, the TV wasn't working; we were told this was an issue in all the rooms. When I asked at the reception the next morning, they were completely unaware of the problem but promised to look into it. Naturally, we received no compensation. The TV was indeed fixed on the second day. I had also booked breakfast with the room, but the meal was poor and not worth the price. The selection was very limited, and the portions were far from satisfying. »

« Love this spot how much fun if you had a family with you it was clean the food truck had excellent food convenient to where we were heading and actually I loved it. The only issue I had was the young lady at the bar was kind of not helpful when I asked her simple questions like how do I order my food otherwise I would highly recommend and highly stay here again. One of the best places we’ve been in the river was just to hop skipping away, and it was beautiful morning to be down by it. »

« Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful. »

« The property was clean upon arrival. It was nicely decorated and cozy. We visited during July 4th, which happened to be the hottest week of the summer so far. The issue I have with the property is that the listing failed to mention the home did not have air conditioning. I only discovered this after I made the reservation and received a confirmation email. At that point, my money was non-refundable. Despite having ceiling fans, the bedrooms reached a temperature of 84 degrees at night....

« Good and friendly staff »

« Kate the receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful, the place was super clean, everything was perfect. »

« Second time I’ve stopped by. Nice place! It’s clean, warmth and comfortable. Personal is nice. Love the breakfast, lots of choices. Definitely a place to stop by. »

« Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. »

« The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time. »
