« It was clean and appeared recently refurbished with good materials and workmanship. There was not staff present to assist the quests except for occasionally seeing housekeepers. If we really needed something I suppose I could call a phone number that was provided. There was no ice machine on the property, which was probably only due to recent refurbishment and change in ownership. It’s very noisy due to close proximity to Highway 31 and would be the case with most of the motels on that stretch....

« Very nice and modern room. Location to town and view of the lake was excellent. The only thing is that being 70 years old it would be helpful to have a luggage cart to transfer luggage from vehicle to room and back. Would definitely stay again. »

« This was a nice place to stay, a little outside Traverse City, so there wasn't so much traffic. Very easy to get in and settle and I appreciated the free snacks. The photos don't show Hwy 31 between the balcony and the view. Also, the pictures are of other rooms that have larger kitchens, so I was disappointed to have a tiny cube fridge and small microwave. There is a large, communal kitchen shared by the floor. I thought it was odd that the veranda runs across the whole front, so my room was...

« Can’t complain about the property itself but location is bit isolated. My main problem was with management, they blew up my inbox with emails but they didn’t send me what I actually need which is the receipt. They charged my credit card without sending me a receipt. That’s unprofessional and scammy. I had to go through the hassle of finding their number and trying to contact them to get the receipt finally. »
