« Really enjoyed my stay at Lavande Hotel! Super convenient location close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, metro, city center and Canton Fair Complex. Check-in was quick and easy, front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great choice for business travelers, definitely coming back! »

However, when we were checking in, after spending about 5mins checking us in, 3 local ladies walk in with ID cards to check in - he stops what he’s doing with us and checks them in first, then proceeds to complete our check in. What happened to asking them to wait in line like everyone else? Also, when we asked for an extra keycard, they got so annoyed? One of us uses the gym and you need a keycard to get in and out. « L’hôtel a un certain charme mais les chambres sont trop petite. Heureusement que ce n’ètait que 2 nuits car aucune place pour mettre ses vêtements, aucune armoire et salle de bain trop rudimentaire. La situation est parfaite par contre »

« I liked that there was a laundry room where you could do your laundry, and they would fold it for you and bring it to your room. I also liked that they had a robot that could deliver your takeout or other deliveries. I disliked that the gym had very little equipment and only cardio machines. It should at least have a pull-up machine or a cable machine. I also disliked that packages sent there had to be picked up by yourself instead of being handled by the staff. « L'hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la Rivière des Perles et non loin de Beijin Road et des quartiers anciens. Un accès au métro de Canton par escalator se situe près de l'hôtel (de l'autre côté du parc qui borde l'hôtel). Communication en anglais difficile d'une façon générale. Le seul bémol a été qu’ils ont voulu me donner un logement moins confort que celui que j’avais réservé mais après contestation, j’ai pu avoir un qui était bien mieux que le précédent.
