« Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended! »

« The room wasn’t ready at 230 pm »

« Everything was wonderful. Safe and convenient to get to GreenHills mall. Also a grocery store is attached to the mall. Very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying here. »

« Great hotel. »

« Personnel super gentil. Chambre modeste. Lit confortable. »

« A reasonably priced hotel in the vicinity of Univ. of the Philippines, Diliman. The rooms are functional, clean, and the area is close to many dining options. »

« The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests. »

« Small lobby though attentive staff.. clean »

« We had a great experience. The pillows are so fluffy, too high for comfortable sleeping. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended. »

« Rooms are nice, staff very helpful. The only issue is that there is not much to do around in a wakeable distance. »

Who knows when that was. it was there that no one has stayed there in a while and the Host did not check the locks out. I suspect either he didn’t care or because nobody was renting regularly. The place itself was OK but the lock issue made for a bad experience. And then your...
