The Space:

This simple one-bedroom basement suite with large windows is part of an older home with lots of character. You’ll find a queen bed with super comfy pillows, a smart TV in the bedroom, and another in the living room next to the fireplace. There’s also a full workstation with a desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, perfect for remote work or longer stays.

Please note: this is an old home with charm, but no insulation between floors *so you may hear noise from upstairs* (The AC unit upstairs can be quite loud) Also, please be mindful of upstairs guests. The backyard is fenced, but it's not "perfect" by any means. (The backyard is shared between upstairs and downstairs guests)

The patio is for UPSTAIRS GUESTS ONLY. Please purchase and supply your own firewood if you wish to have a fire pit.



**This is an older home so noise travels through the floor** Might not be the most quiet stay. Please be mindful of the upstairs guests and also please be understanding that their noise may travel as well.**



The roof is short, anyone above 5’11" will have to duck in areas of the basement. There are unfinished areas of the basement (but it is safe) This is an "old" house that we are bringing back to life with love, please be understanding of this.
