Clean, modern, cool but the room had some smoke smell. It seems smoke from another person’s room may have come through our apartment. Other than that, it’s a lovely place. Very convenient to shops & CBD and lots of dining options.

Not walkable to downtown but Ubers were always close by. Early check in was not available but we were able to drop our suitcases at the front desk until our room was ready. Room was very clean and looked brand new. Great and easy check in process

Clean, almost new. Kept in very good condition. Lack of on site dining options was the only issue - had to travel to get any type of meal. Meal delivery services don't cut it. Would have been 5 stars had there even been a basic continental breakfast offered on site.

A disappointing stay
I spent 3nights at the studio with my wife last week. When i first got in my room, the bathroom was not entirely cleaned. There were still marks on the seat. Moreover, there was not enough parking spaces which I didn’t expect and i had to get a free parking spot far away. And the most disappointing thing is that there was a road maintenance in front of the apartment. Someone was drilling on the wall in the morning at around 7am , it was really disturbing and ruined my journey.

Regarding our parking, there are 3 areas for our guests to park, all of which are either underneath, at the very front, or under the building immediately beside, our hotel. All of these are extremely close and all free of charge. Unfortunately the scheduled upgrade of the bitumen on Miles Platting Road is outside of our control however we understand this work will be completed soon. I stayed here as I needed easy access to the city the next day but wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane CBD. This place ticked all the boxes. Nice, new room. Very clean. Quiet yet easy access to the motorway. Free parking. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

The apartment itself was really well appointed and very clean. Could not fault it. It seemed to be a very new build. I know we stayed during during Christmas and it was all public holidays, but the rubbish placed in the halls by other residents, and the overflowing bins as you entered the secured car park were a bit confronting. The actual room was everything I could have hoped for and the staff were excellent. Would definitely give them a second chance.
