Take I-75 to Exit 217 from Tampa(from Miami Exit 217B) and head west on SR 70. After 2.9 miles, turn right at the ALDI supermarket onto 45th Street East. Follow the road and take the second right onto “Sabal Harbor” (Ignore the first right turn which is Sabal Key). Follow Sabal Harbor Drive and take the second left onto Sanibel Way and then the first right onto Turtle Bay Terrace. 4626 Turtle Bay Terrace is on the right-hand side of the street

Per City of Sarasota’s Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.

We had a GREAT time! We were three adults and four kids. Plenty of space. Pool was a great. We were concerned there wasn't a fence to be an extra barricade by the pool, but there was! Very reassuring as two of our kids are non swimmers. Stefan was prompt in helping with a couple of issues. Close to many amenities including Detwiler's and Publix. Not too bad of a drive to beaches either. Hightly recommend!

Completely enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed rental home. Located in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood with just a short drive to Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Sarasota. Golf & shopping also close by. House offered beautiful and relaxing views in a quiet area, was well stocked for activities, and has everything for the community center. Would rent again!!

House was wonderful, space was great! Neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. Would have like to see more chairs at the table for family meals. Wonderful pool view! Some appliances were quirky. Did not like having additional paperwork to complete upon checking in. Otherwise all dealings with property manager were quick and easy. He was helpful and friendly.

We have been visiting Bradenton for the last 15+yrs and love the area. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and much more. The adjustable bed in the master and the free weights in the spare bedroom were both a pleasant surprise and bonus! The house is in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores and is an easy drive to the beaches. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

We just loved our stay. The house was so clean and kitchen fully loaded to cook our Christmas Meal. We love the Views of the Lake and Private Heated Pool. The property was located in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks, basketball, tennis, playground equipment and large common pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Sabel Harbour property with my parents, husband and our three small kids. The pool was perfect for the kids! The house had ample space for everyone and was centrally located. There were a number of stores within very close proximity for grocery shopping. The property manager was very responsive to issues that arose. I would totally stay here again. I would offer some words of advice to the owners; need a second propane tank for the grill (we ran out mid-grill), need a brush to clean the grill, more plastic adult cups for around the pool for wine and beer, provide dish soap for kitchen, and a welcome book with instructions for the house would be awesome (info on restaurants close by and how to work tvs etc).
