Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, designated workspaces, and living room with 65" Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a tiled-walk in shower and a cozy workspace.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, Smart 65" TV, laundry area, screened-in patio with dining future, large backyard with beautiful native foliage, above ground pool, outdoor sitting area, BBQ grill, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Il serait peut-ĂȘtre bon de spĂ©cifier lors de la rĂ©servation que la propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ© juste au-dessous du corridor aĂ©rien......assez ordinaire d'entendre les avions de 5h30 le matin jusqu'Ă  1h00 dans la nuit...Gros bĂ©mol du sĂ©jour :O(( ..Bienvenue pour le repos.....et nous qui avions peur de dĂ©ranger le voisinage avec notre moto qui ne fais pas de bruit. Le quartier est trĂšs bruyant, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de a piscine comme noud aurions souhaiter, une chance que les amis qui nous accompagnaient en ont une chez eux, Ă  40 degrĂ©s, l'eau n'Ă©tait pas trĂšs belle .... Nous avons chercher en vain le sĂ©choir Ă  cheveux sans jamais le trouver.....ainsi que les dĂ©barbouillettes (4 pour un sĂ©jour de 9 jours :O(( Nous avions dĂ©jĂ  louĂ© une maison en Floride par le passĂ©, et cette fois, nous sommes moins heureux de notre choix. Une chance que la communication avec le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait bonne.

How awful can awful be

The house was nothing like the pictures on VRBO. It was absolutely filthy, bugs running around, the kitchen appliances disgusting. There was a dirty Coke can on the window sill. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. The window blinds were broken and could not be opened. The blinds on the back door were shredded. The few kitchen supplies were not clean. The furniture was ready for the trash. I could go on and on. Needless to say we did not stay there. We got a hotel room for the night and found another place. I sent pictures to the property manager and to VRBO, and immediately asked for a refund. VRBO has been no help, and the property manager, Plushy Host, has been putting the refund request off. They keep on saying that they are working on it. Sure! I have threatened legal action to get my money back. I have used VRBO successfully in the past but I will never use them again. Buyer beware.

The house was lovely, the location was perfect (proximity to shopping/restaurants/beaches), and the neighborhood was nice. Everything was clean and inviting, pool was warm, and the beds were comfortable.

I would not recommend. Although the listing states the property has been renovated it’s very outdated. Also, we had no hot water upon our arrival in one of the bathrooms. In the other bathroom the water was standing in the shower. I reported the problem and the owner said there was nothing they could do. Property was not cleaned well.

The house was great! We loved it. It was clean and cozy. Was a little sad when I found out it was for sale cuz if I had the money I would totally buy it! The host responded pretty fast when I asked about locking the door so great communication to!

Wonderful Stay

Property was very clean and just as advertised. Contacted the host once or twice with questions and immediately received responses, which was much appreciated. The neighbors were quiet and the location convenient to the airport and Sarasota. Overall, very nice stay!
