« Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. »

« Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again. »

« The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. »

« The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. »

« Our Cabin was nice / Had what we needed / Good shower & nice beds / No real cooking can be done except for the gas grills outside / The firepit area by the stream are lovely/ Check in was easy & informative. Loft bedroom has a ladder, and no bathroom up there. Loved the wood burning stove in the cabin. « We had an excellent stay at the Lake Louise Inn. On arrival we ended up upgrading our room for more space, and it was worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my kids loved going to the pool every night. We loved the proximity to many popular lakes and trails. »
