The kitchen is well equipped and the main area has great light for reading / working / hanging out inside. Cement St. is much quieter than Greene / Empire (an important feature when you have the windows open), and the little park by the confluence of Cement Creek & The Animas was a great spot to walk the dog. « Spacious 3 bedroom condo on 3 levels, located in a quiet neighborhood in central Ouray. Feels very safe. The views are unmatchable. Unlimited outdoor activities are nearby including Ouray hot springs. Amenities were excellent, nothing lacking. The property manager was exceptional when responding to a locked door problem. « This place was exactly as advertised, and was in a perfect location. The hot springs, park & playground, and Uncompahgre River are literally right out the front door. The base of the perimeter trail is directly across the street. The walk into downtown is less than five minutes. Depending on your plans you can just park your car in front of the garage and never drive again the rest of your trip because everything you need is a short walk away. This place made a lot more sense for a family stay...
