« The house was amazing and very clean. LOVED that all the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were labeled so you did not have to opened them all to find what you were looking for. Outside was awesome too!! Clouds did not allow for us to see the Milky Way but will come back and tried again. »

Plenty to do in this area, including state forests and parks. Corning,NY not too far and a wonderful city with Corning glass factory tours. You won't regret staying here it's a big beautiful paradise. »

« My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay. »

Although the weather was rainy and cloudy most of the time, it didn’t stop the kids from fishing and paddle boating in the pond every day. « We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people. »

« This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner! »

« This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. Genevieve is an awesome host! »

« This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just get away with your spouse. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Beds were big enough to sleep 2 adults. Cabin had electricity with was very helpful for charging phones and having light to see at night. Bathrooms are conveniently located right across from all the cabins which was nice. It was so peaceful being right next to the river, the sounds of nature were very relexing. We will definitely be coming back over and over again to this...
