« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Our stay was great. We liked where our rooms were located and the 24hr pool and gym were an added bonus. Free hot breakfast in the morning is always nice to have available too. Staff was all friendly and there were no issues having our dog stay with us. (Just had to pay the pet fee) We will stay here again when visiting for sure. »

« Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of our stay - this amenity was a deciding factor to stay there! Otherwise, everything else was as advertised, excellent breakfast choices and bed was very comfortable - definitely recommend this hotel. »
