« Window coverings were not very good, needed repaired. Staff was great, especially the evening check in employee »

« Overall a very pleasant experience. Enjoyed the geothermal pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Had fun at the bar with pool tables and enjoyed playing pickleball in their very clean facility. Breakfast was so good at the restaurant. Enjoyed every bite. The Motel needs some remodeling. They were fixing the deck when we arrived. Could use improvements. The walls were pretty thin so it was hard to sleep. I recommend this place but will want to rent a private cabin next time. Enjoyed our stay. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Great location within walking distance of everything »

« Spacious room with honestly the most comfortable bed we’ve had in years (including upscale hotels). Hot tub is enormous, plenty of room for all. Would like to see outlets added by the nightstands, but otherwise a super comfortable stay. »
