« Overall a very pleasant experience. Enjoyed the geothermal pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Had fun at the bar with pool tables and enjoyed playing pickleball in their very clean facility. Breakfast was so good at the restaurant. Enjoyed every bite. The Motel needs some remodeling. They were fixing the deck when we arrived. Could use improvements. The walls were pretty thin so it was hard to sleep. I recommend this place but will want to rent a private cabin next time. Enjoyed our stay. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Great stay! Beautiful inside the yurt and very cozy. They had the a.c. running before we arrived which was great as the temp that day was 90 degrees. The yurt stayed nice and cool. We only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. The walk up to the yurt from parking area #1 is steep but not too long. My kids and I were able to walk it in sandals and crocs. Communication with hosts was great and they even went beyond when helping to coordinate meeting up after my stay to provide me...
