部屋は十分な広さがあり、大人3人での宿泊には十分でした。 夕食をホテルのレストランで取りましたが、レストランのエアコンが故障していて修理中であり、あまり快適ではありませんでした。

Kami pesan 2 kamar. Salah satu kamar kurang OK. Refrigerator tdk dingin. Sarapan lumayan. Saluran TV tidak bagus. Lokasi strategis dibantu dgn jalan layang.

Air hangatnya tidak lama mengalir, perlengkapan kamar mandi kurang lengkap utk hotel sekelas ini. Saya masuk lantai kamar masih banyak rambut dan kurang bersih. Regues saya untuk kamar yg jauh dari jalan tidak di akomdasi sama sekali walopun SDH saya ajukan 1 Minggu sebelum kedatangan.

Book this hotel with hotel.com. I purchase with breakfast but when I checked in, breakfast was not included. When I check my confirmation slip, nothing was written about breakfast. So be careful when you purchase with hotel.com. When I got my key card, it was for a wrong floor, so I cud not go to the floor that I was supposed to be in. Had to go to the reception to redo my card Got into my room, there was hair all over the place. It was not swept. Luckily there was some slippers. I wouldn’t want to step on the floor The bedsheet looks like it has been used before as you can see it’s a little crumpled. New sheets you can see the folding lines, there’s none here After I showered, the towels smells horrible once it’s wet. When it’s dry, it smells ok I took GRAB everywhere I went, everytime the GRAB comes into the hotel to pick me up, they will charge us parking although if it was only 1 minute. I was told we can take a bus to the hotel, the bus actually stops us across the highway and it’s not easy to cross the highway with so many cars zooming pass but goin to the airport was very convenient. The bus stops right in front of the hotel Be very frank, I won’t mind staying in this hotel again as this is the closest to the place I need to go but I will bring my own towels and I will definitely not go thru hotel.com. I felt cheated

Hotel room is spacious and sorrounding area is quiet. Towels are old and some are itchy, I wonder if they use the same for the bathroom floors(eww?!) The breakfast buffet is unremarkable and repetitive.

Nice located hotel
Nice located hotel and nice breakfast variety for this level of comfort hotel. The elevator (lift) is too slow plus only 2 of 3 elevator are working.

Ini adalah kali kedua kami menginap di hotel ini, pertama kali waktu managementnya masih dipegang Best Western. Terus-terang kami memilih hotel ini krn dekat dg rumah keluarga kami di Yasmin. Pelayananan hotel ini sungguh biasa2 saja. Ketika masuk kamar jam 8 malam, handuk tidak ada. Telepon housekeeping minta handuk, tidak diantar. Akhirnya besok paginya sebelum mandi kami harus telpon lagi housekeeping utk minta handuk. Di hari kedua kami menginap, kami sempat 'diusir' dari kamar kami krn bookingan kamar yg kedua tidak dibaca dg teliti oleh pihak hotel. Mrk bilang bookingan kamar malam kedua saya yg tipe superior & kamar yg saya tempati sudah dijual ke orang lain, padahal jelas2 saya booking kamar dg tipe junior suite. Setelah 'pengusiran' krn salah membaca term booking diselesaikan, petugas tidak buru-buru ke kamar saya utk menukar kunci sehingga lagi enak2 saya santai di kamar, electricity centralnya mati krn kunci saya blm diganti, menyebabkan saya harus turun sendiri ke bawah utk meminta ganti kunci. Sungguh pelayanan yg mengecewakan.

We spent 2 nights from 31 Dec 2015 - 2 Jan 2016. We stayed at 711 and 715 which are connected rooms. The pillow case smelled like it hadn't been dried properly after washing. The toilet seat has yellow spots like dried urine. Tried to wipe it but wouldn't disappear since they are permanent. The hot water didn't work. They only gave us soaps, shampoo and bags. No shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, combs and sewing kits. They didn't provide tea cups, only drink glass. The fridge didn't work. Since it's so far from the city we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were awful. The tea cups and tea pot had lots of brown marks. They didn't wash them properly. The vegetables were brownish and lots of black spots. Soto kuning which the meat were very tough. Seafood chap cay but the seafood itself was only fishball haha....We found little worm in the cawly flower. The flies were flying around the breakfast buffet. I wonder how long this hotel will last.

Nice Hotel with some notes for improvement.
It is a nice hotel with some notes : - Took a long time to prepare the room. My room was not ready at 14.00 - It took sometime to adjust the room temperature as it use a split AC (not a centralized one) - in-room dining menu is not available in the room so that we need to as for the menu from restaurant everytime an order is gonna be made - The only active elevator is one (1) out of three (3) - The breakfast was great, but unfortunately i found catterpillar/worm in the vegetable soup. Complained to the supervisor and the soup was replaced with a new one. However guests might have a bad impression with this incident.
