« The flat itself was clean and matched the listing photos, and the location felt safe with a pleasant neighborhood feel. However, several issues affected our stay. Key pickup required a 5–10 minute walk, which was difficult with luggage, and early check-in was not available. We had no hot water for the first 48 hours and water pressure remained weak throughout; a repair technician was eventually sent after several follow-up messages. Two irons were non-functional at arrival and were replaced, the...

« Space was really just a place to sleep for 6 adults and was spacious enough for all of us. Was clean and had everything we needed. Host was an excellent communicator. Wood Green very close by. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table...

« A lovely small appartement, with a little garden very peacefull. We had nice weather, so we were able to eat out a few times Just 2 things, the bathroom is very small especially the sink, and the sofa bed is 120 cm large so narrower than an usual 2 person bed, so it was enough for our two children but perhaps too narrow for 2 adults. London is not so far away with the metro or train and Winbledon is a very chic and quiet place. We will gladly come back »
