« Perfect mountain cabin with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. Very cute place for a romantic or escape vacation. Short walk to the lake front. Use of good kayaks and life vests. Panfish, bass, and pike in the lake. (I caught some). Backyard with a fire pit and torch lights. Other fire pit on your private water front. Property manager was very cool. Quiet and peaceful hideaway the way you want it. Few miles south of Old Forge. »

« Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). « I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back! »

« Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. Snowmobile access was just down the road 1/4 mi. For any ATT cell users, there is minimal to no signal, but if you stand just outside you can hop onto the WiFi. Well stocked with all necessities! « A group of us stayed at this property while I'm town for a tournament in Utica. The property was extremely clean and definitely well maintained. The owner Joel is very cool dude and very out going. He did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. And his communication was pretty much instant. No waiting for hours or a day for a reply. « We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone. »
