« Room was clean, little bit dated. We had a homeless person pounding on our door one evening asking for a ride and other things, and then someone pounding on our door at 1am. The front desk staff was never sitting up front, so this could have been avoided if someone was sitting at the front. Wouldn't stay here again. »

« Great location but besides that, nothing was great. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. When I called in the evening, the phone was disconnected. Had to find linens myself. Room didn’t have either toilet paper or tissue upon checking in. Breakfast was not restocked so there was pretty much nothing to eat if you went down anytime later than opening time. There was no remote for our tv! It basically felt like I had to do the work of the employees. »

« House cleaners need trained. Had a lot of dust of on headboard and bath and toilet dirty bathroom floor dirty. Always finding hair on sheets. Halls smelt like old standing water. Dog pee on stairs. Hot tub has been out of order at least 2 month. Been coming here for 2 plus years for the hot tub and outdoor pool at least 4-6x/yr and has been going downhill the last 3-4 visits . Twice had to move rooms ( ac not working and then tv not working) Breakfast staff nice but up front at the counter not...

« Hôtel agréable et situé comme la plupart près de l'entrée de l'H-wy sans que cela trop bruyant. Petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression. Ce qui gâche vraiment le séjour, c'est la qualité déplorable de l'accueil, peu agréable avec l'impression de déranger. Dommage car la chambre était -elle - agréable à vivre. »

« The best part of this place was actually the monogrammed towel, that was it. This place needs a complete teardown and rebuild and major upgrades. I am saddened by the state of this property. I would look elsewhere if needing a place to stay overnight. »
