« Personnel accueillant et serviable.Cde en chambre parfois un peu long (Suis allé chercher une bouteille d’eau commandée en chambre après 40 minutes au bar)sinon personnel très professionnel,piscine agréable et chambre confortable. Hotel à recommander. »

« Arrivée en mode « sans contact » mais non indiqué au moment de la réservation. Arrive sur place, il fallait téléphoner à un numéro et nous n’avions pas de téléphone fonctionnel… heureusement d’autres clients sont arrivés en même temps et ont pu nous dépanner. Sinon l’endroit est agréable, la chambre un peu petite pour 4, mais un petit déjeuner gratuit nous attendait ce qui a été très appréciable! »

« Ce n'est sans doute pas le plus bel hôtel de la Gold Coast, mais le rapport qualité/prix est correct. tout n'est pas génial dans l'hôtel comme le bruit de la grand route ou les rideaux qui ne protègent pas vraiment du jour, mais il n'est pas loin de la plage d'un côté et de quelques commerces bien pratiques. Le monsieur de la réception s'est aussi montré très sympa. Donc, pas un logement inoubliable, mais pas le pire non plus »

« The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall. No tea or coffee facilities that we could find and unless you studied the control panel before dark, you could easily open the curtains rather than turn the bathroom light on in...

« Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure! »

« Hôtel très propre et situé au calme. Chambre de taille correct, très propre, petite piscine parking gratuit. La jeune dame à l'accueil était très agréable et efficace. je recommande l'hôtel sans soucis. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était bon et les tarifs corrects, le seul bémol était que nous voulions réserver une table pour 20:00, et la personne en charge nous à bien fait comprendre que nous devions venir avant 20:00, ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais le ton de cette dame n'était pas...

« Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive. »
