« Highly recommend. Newly renovated cozy apartment spanning 2 separate floors (2nd and 3rd) located 1 block from Jax beach. 2nd floor included 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with kitchen, dining and sitting area. 3rd floor included 1 bedroom and bath and large outdoor patio. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The location was great! Lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. 2 parking spots. Host was attentive and nice to work with. »

« This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect ! The space was perfect for a beach trip the chairs and beach towels were such a huge plus since we flew in from another state ! The kitchen had everything you needed along with the washer dryer was perfect. Whole apartment stayed nice and cool the whole trip! The shower was horrible the water pressure was so bad it desperately needs a updated shower head//plumbing. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom so their wings were...

« Location, location, location. The best thing about this rental is the proximity to the beach. The things I did not care for: weird stain on the shower curtain, could not open any curtains due to people seeing into the property, therefore was very dark inside, the rug in the living room was very dirty, the second bedroom is extremely tiny…the door bangs into the bed frame, the pillows on the died were flat and there were only two pillows for the bed, the exterior of the home is sad and worn, and...

« This little apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our small family. Short walk to the beach, well-stocked, parking provided, and easy to access (the keypad entry meant I never had to remember a key). There was a pack 'n' play in the closet, which was an unexpected plus! And when I forgot something after checkout, the staff let me right back in and were super helpful and polite. Highly recommend! »
