« Older cottage in need of updates. Well equipped, kitchen nicely renovated. Baths need work; sink clogged, tiny sinks and older cabinets. Beautiful outdoor space on lake, but tables, chairs and grille very dirty. No AC, but the four large fans had to be cleaned before using. Front door very hard to open as it was warped. Couches were old, but queen bed was nice and comfortable . Windows old and dirty. Dining room chairs need replacing. »

« We stayed here as a home base as we hosted our daughter’s reception at the Life Saving Station. Perfect location. The view is incredible. I loved waking up every morning as the lake came to life and loved every beautiful sunset. The home worked out great for us. The large counter space was so helpful as we prepared food for the event. We felt right at home. There were a lot of steps down to the beach but it was so worth it. Just a beautiful, gorgeous beach. The host was good with communication....

« Really a "find" for a Northern Michigan cottage by a stillwater private lake, with a nice layout, both indoors and out. The fire pit area is like a slice on sandy beach, but only 40 feet away from a nice deck with a grill and seating for five. Indoor spacing and sleep accomodations are limited to four, but the outdoor seating can accommodate 6-8 for a cookout bonfire (plenty of beach and deck chairs).Also, its just off the main street of the tiny town of Lake Ann, but nowhere near any traffic...
