However, it concerns us to know that you have experienced some inconveniences. Regarding the shower curtain, kindly note that we have taken your comment into consideration, and it has been delivered to the higher management since our guests’ satisfaction is our priority! Moreover, reading that someone advised you to take a shower in the public showers is unacceptable and we will be taking the necessary actions with the responsible party. We would also like to have you visit La Siesta again as we make amends for your last stay.

As for the delay with your towels, please do accept our apologies as the concerned person in charge of servicing you was sent a severe warning. As for the inconvenience you had encountered with your neighbors, please note that we did call them many times and then we were willing to move to a quieter room one hadn't you declined since they were checking out.Thank you once again for your feedback. Regarding asking for your room to be cleaned, we insist that our guests inform us when they would like their rooms cleaned to avoid any inconveniences; however, please note that the person in charge of delivering your towels was sent a strict warning. We would like to apologize for the Wifi Service as there was a technical issue we were working on fixing. As for the no one answering the phone, kindly be reminded that when you called there was no attendees since the front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - midnight as mentioned in our special check in instructions. However, kindly note what you had experienced was intended to make you feel uncomfortable, but it is our policy that speakers are not allowed in the pool area, and it is very concerning what you said about your speaker not being returned to you; did you report it to the management? As for wearing swimsuits, we do not segregate between races, genders, or religions, but it is our policy as mentioned on every booking platform as well as our website that swimsuits should be worn. Moreover, please do note that we do check your bags upon entering to the resort under your supervision for security reasons as any other resort in the country. I regret that we were unable to meet our high standards during your recent stay.We understand your infuriation regarding the inconvenience you had experienced with your wife. Our policy restricts Hijab, Burkini, and clothing of any sort in the pool area. However, regarding what happened with the other guest wearing their clothes might have been an inconvenience and rest assured, we take discrimination very seriously and it is not allowed under any circumstances. After further investigating the incident, the responsible party was sent a severe warning and the proper actions were taken.
