Rejean, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during checkout. The delay in retrieving your car was very frustrating for you after a hopefully pleasant stay as our guest. We are looking into ways of improving this process while the valet garage that we use is undergoing massive renovations. The Wi Fi was terrible. Waited over 1/2 hour for the valet to retrieve the car even though it wasn't busy. Bistro food was good but needed more servers. Disappointed that the roof top bar was closed the 3 days we were there.

This is my second time staying at the Lord Baltimore and it is one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in and also one of the cleanest. The staff is always helpful and I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was housing some students on floors 3-5 or so. Many of which always smelled like weed. They would smoke their weed outside of the building and then come in smelling of the weed. If was very unpleasant. And just a lot of young disrespect people.

The hotel rooms are not updated to current standards like all lights in other hotels have usb ports. The cable and TV are out dated. While staying in the hotel our bathroom privacy was pealing off.

The price is right and the location is convenient. The staff were very nice. Minor setback for the 2nd checkin day they completely made up for it. They were very apologetic which I can appreciate. We were put in a Suite because they did not have what we purchased on Expedia. It’s 2 rooms put together. We loved it. Also The Tavern had great food and staff. The rooms need updates but it was decent and clean. The valet parking can be a bit much. Overall great for a quick stay!

They charged my credit card 4 times. The charges stayed as pending, but still prevented me from using the card for the whole stay. Also, service at the cafe was very slow. Overall, it was an ok hotel, not more.

The staff were friendly and the room was decent. My biggest complaint was that there was some graffiti and a couple of stains on the windows and furniture. The beds are clean and fairly comfortable. The hotel is right next to cfg arena. Due to its location and it being a fairly old building, the location is noisy for most of the night. If you bring headphones, earplugs, or are a heavy sleeper, yiu should be fine. We did have to have someone change the batteries in the smoke detector upon our arrival as it kept beeping, but the staff were very quick to have it fixed.

The hotel was gorgeous. The area of the hotel isn't that great but it is close to the stadium and walking distance. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the staff wouldn't budge on letting us check in early. Check in was exactly 4 pm. We tried to check in at 3 and again at 3:30 pm and were told we would be charged a early check in fee and unless we wanted to pay that we had to wait till 4 pm. There is garages around in order to park your car and valet is $45 which wasn't told to us until we checked out. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and very clean.

I really like how close it was to the harbor. We were able to walk there very easily. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms were clean and served it's purpose. I wouldn't mind booking here again.

Many of our guests walk to the CFG Arena, the convention center, and the Inner Harbor. All major cities have their concerns. I did not stay at the hotel. I after checking in. The original room was dirty with broken furniture. The front desk staff offered to switch me to the penthouse suite but there were major security concerns in the room. There was only one elevator that stopped directly at the door of the room; once inside, I found that there was an emergency exit to a stairway that had a broken lock and the room could be accessed by anyone entering the stairway. The property was unsafe and unclean.
