« This property was amazing. The pool is perched on the side of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets from the living room and pool deck are just spectacular. You can hear the waves from the primary suite all night long. Guest bedrooms were large and had nice attached bathrooms, but don't have much of a view. « This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful. »

« We had the most amazing time at the house. Tere and Luz were the best hosts and the 3 meals we had them cook were incredible. Rosalinda is so sweet. She called us before to make sure we had everything we needed, she gave amazing recommendations for surf lessons, zip lining, restaurants, etc. We can’t wait to find another date to come back and visit! « Excellent stay. Beach club was first class with amazing pools and a very nice restaurant with very reasonable prices. Communication with Alejandra was easy and she quickly responded to any requests. All the people we met in the surrounding communities were trustworthy and eager to assist. « Our group of 6 loved our stay at Villa Colina!! The hosts were very communicative and helped accommodate all our needs. It’s very centrally located to enjoy Sayulita, and has an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach. « I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! »

« We stayed for 2 weeks Feb 2025. The property manager Grecia was responsive to our messages and answered all our questions. Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out.
