Having visited Bucerias before,I initially selected this property because of its great location so that we could easily walk to the beach & to be close to many of the delicious restaurants in the area. « The apartment at the ground floor is in a new and modern building located 1 block from the beach (2 minutes). It is a private with a pretty non-heated pool (a little chill in December) but opened up the living space. The rooftop pool is very cool with open view to the ocean and coast (perfect for sunsets).
