« The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. Property is beautiful though, overall furnishings are nice. Quiet and safe with 24 hour security was appreciated. Our unit being right on the beach was amazing. »

« We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. « The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one). »
