Spent 2 night at the Commodore and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is very attentive and helpful, the accommodations are first class, the food is outstanding and the overall feel of the property is like you are in Europe. 5 Star plus!!

Amazing hotel
My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at the Commodore Perry Estate. The property is beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back here in the future.

Great, except for the price
Fantastic property and location. Service was great. The food needs improving. Food and accommodations are overpriced. I booked only because of the 3 nights for the price of 2 and I paid for another night with points.

Beautiful property. Very attentive staff. Great change from high rise hotels. My daughter and I had work during day - lots of places and gardens to sit wuth beautiful setting. Elegant restaurant. Overall wonderful experience

Unfortunate Service
While the common areas of this hotel are unique and beautiful, unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The property was just stunning. It was very grand yet quite intimate. Everything about the estate was top notch. A very classy and elegant resort. I can't wait to bring my husband back.

Not up to par.
Poolside food menu is lacking. Chips and guacamole were a horrible representation of Auberge and Texas. No place to find coffee at 7am. Coffee in room too difficult.

A nice getaway
The Commodore Perry Estate is a gem in the city and decidedly Austin. It is easy to find but once you get there, you can get lost in a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful oasis. The grounds are immaculate, the architecture is stunning and the interiors are beautifully and tastefully decorated. The room we stayed in was very spacious and so comfortable. We had an outstanding picnic lunch with drinks before heading over to the pool and finished our day with dinner at the mansion and drinks at the bar next door. Our bartender was so personable, knowledgeable, and graciously made us drinks not on the menu, which were outstanding. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary and look forward to future visits.

Probably the best hotel in Austin. When you drive into the property you feel like you’ve been transported to Europe. The service is excellent and the food and beds are even better. It’s surly new so still a few kinks, but overall excellent. It NEEDS a spa, like now. The gym is well appointed and the heated pool is the bomb!
