Auberges à Athens

« Very friendly and accommodating »

« The hotel has non-smoking rooms, which is what I selected but you would have never guessed that. It reeked of cigarettes, the place needs a full renovation. It was fairly clean, like no bed bugs or cockroaches that I saw but the attention to detail in the cleaning job was severely lacking. The bedding had stains on it. Just know this is just slightly above motel 6 standards and I mean slight. If you just need a shower and a bed and don’t care that’s fine but what I paid I feel I didn’t get what...

« Propreté à désirer. Murs sales. Bain calfeutré, usé et sale. Manque de papier mouchoir. Toiles d'araignée. Manque une deuxième chaise. »

« We tried to check in a bit early and were turned away. We had almost no hot water (barely warm showers) night and morning.... We inquired at night and were told it would be fixed. It was not. We wanted to watch some TV at night and cable in the whole hotel was out the entire time we were there. We had to go into town to watch the baseball game. It was clean but that was the only perk. Will never go back. »

« Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a large hot selection, multiple drink varieties, and overall was great. »

« Staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was good and served on time »

« Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was excellent! My only complaint is that the mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable. Corporate may want to upgrade the mattresses. »
