« The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and well lit. The head housekeeper immediately filled the coffee maker which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was sub par. I don't understand why the young lady at the front desk could not fill the coffee maker. I watched the head housekeeper and there was nothing to it. The girl said she would take care of it and did nothing. She was not busy except for being on her phone! »

« I had to go to the front desk after getting to my room to ask for a remote for the television. Also, there was not even a trash can in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. In the bathroom, the toilet looked like someone just went #2 in it and it didn't flush all of it.
