« Great house in a quiet neighborhood, everything as described. Property management team was easy to work with and did not overwhelm with onerous rules. One minor issue we had with the dishwasher was dealt with promptly. Location is a few minutes from downtown Williams. We (family of 6 + 2 grandparents) used it as a jumping off point for visiting a range of interesting points in the region. Would highly recommend. »

« Beautiful home. Great location. Walking distance to the lake and golf course. Nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the golf cart was down during our stay but there was plenty of other things to do. Only downfall was the trash can was never emptied so there was a smell at first. We would definitely stay here again such a nice house. »

« The owners live in the home next door. They came and introduced themselves, and extended every courtesy as if we were new neighbors. I had a dilemma on a steam iron, and the owner located and let me borrow an extension cord. Lifesaver for steaming my daughter's wedding dress! One thing to note when booking this property,checkout time is 10 AM. Property was beautiful, well-kept and well stocked with kitchen extras. Thanks so much for having us. »

« Everything about the property was great! What we hoped for was a clean place to rest. What we got was that PLUS lots of fun for everyone in our group. The arcade and theatre setup were a hit for the adults and the toddlers loved the grass yard and the play room and bunk beds. The quick drive to Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster, ice cream and pizza as well as the rodeo grounds made for a great trip! »

« We were there for a week. Main thing was we attended the Route 66 car show. In front of house is enough parking space for our 2 car trailers till we could move them into short term storage at the RV park. Great house. »
