We are sorry if we were unable to meet your expectations in this regard. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We are trying our best to ensure that our guests receive the best service. That's why our Holiday Assistants are in touch with you during your stay. If you had informed them about the problems you experienced during your stay, they would do their best to ensure your satisfaction. If our guests depart early, we will prepare a lunch box for them to pick up at check-out time, as long as they offer prior notice. However, you did not inform your holiday assistants about lunchbox request.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the presence of cockroach in your room upon check-in. We would like to inform you that we prioritize the comfort of our guests. As part of our dedication to your well-being, please rest assured that our rooms are regularly disinfected to provide a pleasant stay for you.
