First of all thank you for taking your time to write a review about our hotel. You made a reservation 6 month before your arrival and on the day you have checked in you wanted to change your reservation dates and take some refund but your reservation didn't have such an option thats why we couldn't help you. After that you said that you didn't like the bathroom (there is an information and the pictures of the bathroom on expedia that the shower in the room that you have booked has a jakuzi tub inside). Than we said you that there is a chance to change your room to the upper category room (free of charge) with separate jakuzi in it, hovewer you didn't want even look to it. After that you complained about the roads in the old town and we told you that you can use a golf cars for that but you didn't accept that as well. After a few hours of your checkin time you made a bad review about the staff, breakfast and the hotel. Even like that we have tried our best to feel you comfortable for the rest of your stay. On your last day there were no hot water for few hours and not 2 days due the municipal road works. We are sorry that you couldn't have good memories in our hotel but we still hope to accomodate you in the future again and turn this bad moments to amazing ones.
