« The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Cozy with a beachy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. It was located right next to the beach access as well as close to Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway and a moment's drive to restaurants and shops. Amelia Island is a favorite of ours! »

The house was clean, had every appliance that we could use if we needed, location perfect to everything in town etc. His helpfulness was outstanding. « Best reunion stay! We loved the property, all 7of us. The house was clean and well stocked, pool was a great gathering place, with chase lounges. Also, beach chairs provided to sit by ocean. The upstairs rental was perfect for our big meals and sitting on the porch watching the waves. Would definitely book again. »
