« Hands down, the staff here are the best. We arrived after 9 PM for check in on a Thursday night and the lady at the front desk was awesome! Extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. She went extremely out of her way to communicate helpful information about parking, activities around the resort and in town, and let us know about their shuttle which would take us anywhere around the island and then pick us up later to bring us back to the resort for free. « When booking our first trip to Amelia Island, we researched between Omi and the Ritz. We decided on Omi based on the amenities. The positives: shuttle service is very quick if you are wanting to go to the onsite restaurants, as well as shopping. You are able to use the walking paths as many restaurants and shopping are only a few minutes walk. The area is beautiful and the beach was easily accessible.
