Lovely villa - just perfect
Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year.

Stunning villa!
This villa was even better than the photos suggested. So spacious and incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable home from home. 2 big fridge freezers was an added bonus! Pool was great, and plenty of sun loungers for everyone to relax. BBQ was also really useful. Location was perfect, with a small shop within 5 minutes walk to get fresh bread and pastries in the morning, with the marina, beach, and larger shops also within walking distance. Communication with Don was easy and we received very quick responses to any questions. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to return.

Lovely stay, beautiful Villa
We had a lovely 10 night stay in this fantastic villa. Great location, outside space and pool with a very well equipped and decorated villa. Contact point was extremely helpful throughout. Only recommendation would be to offer an additional set of keys if staying in a larger group. The lock for the door itself could be changed as it was difficult to lock and unlock. However this didn’t affect our stay, we’d definitely recommend to others.

Another perfect stay
We would come here every year if we could. Much better than the pictures show. Beautiful new kitchen, quiet area but close enough to everywhere. Pool isn't overlooked and gets sun all day. Don works tirelessly and is always available to answer questions. You will not regret booking this villa.

Spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable villa. Walking distance to marina and supermarket. Photos don’t do this villa justice, sun on the pool all day, 4 terraces to choose, one off each bedroom and one on roof, so easy to escape the kids. Kitchen brand new and has everything you would want and need. BBQ area well equipped and perfectly located by the pool. Parking for 2 cars, loads of wardrobe space. Just perfect.

A magical stay

Lovely break
Great quiet location within a perfect distance for a nice walk down to the marina. Everyone had a lovely time at the villa, very very spacious and the new kitchen was gorgeous. We were happy, the 3 young boys were happy. See you next year.

Fantastic property in a great location.
The fantastic villa sits in the “old town” of Villamoura which around 15 mins walk from the marina and fantastic beaches. A small supermarket, and a couple of bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the property. The villa is bigger than it looks on the photographs with plenty of space inside and out, and the kitchen has been recently upgraded and is well equipped. The pool is great – we couldn’t get the kids out of it! The nearby beaches are very good indeed, probably the best I have seen. Perfect sand and shallow water for swimming. Our youngest daughter struggled a bit with the walk down as it was very hot, but it was simple and cheap to get taxis if necessary. We had a great holiday, and would recommend this villa!

Fantastic location and accommodation - home away from home
We were very happy with this Villa! The villa is a great size, very spacious, with loads of natural light. The kitchen had everything we could have wished for, all the usual 'std' items including a juicer (take advantage of those fantastic oranges). The pool was nice and clean, including the grounds - both of which get maintained weekly. Additionally, the pool has sunshine all day, leaving the pool water at the perfect temperature. Should add, the airconditioners (all rooms plus lounge) were great, and quiet - key for me as a light sleeper. Location is great, quiet, close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the Marina. Don was a great host, very quick to respond, and informative, and a nice chap. Thank you, Don. Overall, this is a great villa, does everything you could ask for and more. In fact, we have already booked another 2 week holiday the same time next year. See you again soon

Awesome!
The villa was an excellent choice for our vacation. It was really easy to stay at home, despite the green spaces in the neighborhood, which were very pleasant to take a walk. The house is spacious and gracefully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped and the dishwasher helped a lot. The house was clean and the pool also looked very clean, allowing us to feel as comfortable as we needed. Thanks Don!

Lovely villa and quiet location. Don attended to a couple of small points quickly.
Overall very pleased. 20 min walk from marina but only 5 euros by taxi. Close to Old Village with its bars and restaurants which is pretty and well maintained. Can recommend Casa do Pescador restaurant just back from the marina, not cheap but good food and atmosphere. Also recommend Jorge who transferred us to from airport and did a couple of trips who the owner Don put us on to. One small niggle was the front door which was sticking and a little difficult to open but easily remeded but in the overall scheme of things no big deal.

Absolutely fabulous!!!
We stayed in this Villa for a week and I couldnt fault it! We have stayed in a few villas in Portugal and this was by far the best. The Villa is very spacious with each bedroom having it's own ensuite and outside balcony. The living spaces are large and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well kitted out and very clean. The pool is a perfect size with lots of lounging space for all 6 of us. The villa is located in the old town and a short walk to shops for fresh bread and some lovely restaurants. Don the owner was great. Always quick to respond to any of my queries. If you are thinking of booking, do it. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect!
We stayed at this house for two weeks and it was perfect for our needs! It was close to our venue at the Marina. It had parking in the shade and a pool to balance out the very hot Algarve summer days. Each room had its own bathroom so none of us had to share and the washing machine was a must. Don helped us try to get mail delivered, and while we were ultimately unsuccessful, we really appreciated all the time and extra communication involved. We arrived late on our check in date and Don was also very helpful in ensuring we found the property in the dark and stayed in contact with us until we were inside. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs a place in the area. It's beautiful, charming, has all the amenities you would need and the owner is great. (Thanks, Don!)

Lovely family holiday
Just had a lovely holiday staying at this great villa which was well equipped very clean and in a good location. Would recommend to others. Easy walk to the old village where you can enjoy cocktails and a meal. The marina is a little further but still an easy walk where you explore the different restaurants. Fantastic Villa, much bigger than looks on pictures
What a fantastic villa, stayed for two weeks and didnt want to leave, very clean and bright, with loads of interesting features. A well equipped kitchen with everything you need, pool is very nice and gets the sun all day. The villa is situated in a great location. defiantly stay again.

Spacious property in a great location
This property is about 25/30 min drive from Faro airport. Fre was there to meet us when we arrived and took us through everything. The property has good wifi, except for one upstairs bedroom which didn't get it. There was a couple of good channels on the TV and a Disney channel for the kids. There is aircon available in the bedrooms and in the lounge. The pool is lovely but does have a rough bottom so some swim shoes for small kids is ideal. The villa is about 5 min taxi ride outside Villamoura we didn't walk it but Uber is very cheap and reliable. You can get food and essentials in the old village which is about a 5 min walk away and there are restaurants here too. Fre and Don were helpful and kind and were available for any questions. The water does get extremely hot and there are no signs about this so make sure you keep checking it when the hot water is running. Overall a great villa in an ideal location. Will definitely be back. Thank you Fre and Don.
