Exellent séjour. Très propre, tant le logement que l’environnement. Cadre agréable, « dans la nature ». Pas facile à trouver, notamment la réception qui mériterait une meilleure signalitique.

Pas un hotel mais un village
Il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel mais d'un resort. Vous pouvez avoir de grandes distances entre les différentsvlieux. Il y a une navette qui fait le tour et vient sur demande mais il faut attendre 15 minutes. On en a vite assez et on prend sa voiture pour aller au golf, à la plage ou à la piscine. Attention le stationnement est payant partout et les amendes pleuvent, même le soir. Les chambres sont des appartements plus pratiques pour des longs séjours si vous faites vos courses et cuisinez. Dans le cas contraire, le service hotelier est très moyen pour un 5 etoiles. Le petit dejeuner est ultra simpliste, pas de buffet. Nombreux restaurants variés sur place à des prix corrects pour l'endroit. Pas de wifi dans les appartements, il faut aller à la réception qui peut être tres loin en fonction de votre localisation. Golf magnifique et belle plage ( transats payants).

Our unit was moldy, patched up from water damage, the shower leaked all over the floor, there was no housekeeping so there was a charge (12 euros) for fresh towels. To be fair we were not charged for the fresh towels after I told reception that I had used our towels to mop up the floor after the shower leaks. To top it off- there is charge to use the in-room safe. The resort shuttle (apparently only 1 small van) cannot handle the guest traffic after dinner so wait times were unacceptably long. It's a beautiful resort but needs some service and architectural upgrading. Many rental units are privately owned and offer short term rentals (like ours) so you get what seems leftover. However- the front desk staff were quite accommodating and friendly and informative in addressing our issues even though corporate polices tied their hands on being able to address some of the issues we encountered.

The staff acted like we were doing them a favour by letting us stay there. Our villa shower was leaking and there was extensive wall damage, so it had been happening a while. Leak was all the way into the kitchen so if gone unnoticed anyone could have slipped and fell. Pool tiles were falling off into the pool and we were stepping on them Had to take a shuttle anywhere we wanted to go (beach, etc) Noisy neighbour with dogs barking all the time and TV blaring outside Don't recommend.

Although this was a beautiful property it is currently next to a large construction project so lots of hammering and saws throughout the day. The resort is gigantic, there's only one shuttle van, we waited up to 15 minutes a number of times to get yo various locations. The pool service is the worst on the planet, six male servers wandering about lost. The restaurant prices are very very expensive, the FG ood mediocre however the people are nice. The resort staff were always friendly and helpful. This place is really designed for golfers, spend most of the time on the fairway and minimal time at the room. If you do decide to book here bring lots of cash and good earplugs.

Very noisy a lot of traffic at night and early morning no maid service no clean or bins emptied for 3days tenants upstairs very noisy suspect staff living in would not stay again and definitely would not recommend.

Dining at restaurants along the beach and to the east and west of VDL was excellent. Highly recommend were Bold Octopus, Passeo2, Bovino, Brooks, and the Cheeky Pub and for fun was BJ’s Beach Club. Live Music everywhere. The Villa was equipped with small but full kitchen, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Shuttle staff was always on time and most courteous. Ubers were great as well! A yes, we must return!

Completely equipped and really functional. Used as a base for four days golfing and worked very well for that. It was a bit soulless, but it was in great condition and it would have been great even for cooking in, which I didn't do. No instructions for the TV and some streaming kit, but otherwise good. The power did trip while I was there, but the VdL staff fixed in within hours.

Uma opção em Vale de Lobo
Alguns problemas: muito pouca flexibilidade na recepção para com os clientes. Apartamento confortável mas quarto sem qq privacidade em rês do chão e local de passagem. Atenção às 5 estrelas …. 3 talvez! Muito longe da piscina e praia. Só de carro ou transfer…. No entanto bastante caro em relação a outros aldeamentos.
