Très bel emplacement
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la vue est splendide 👍. L’appartement est confortable mais il correspond mieux à une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants car la seconde chambre est très petite par rapport à la principale.

Fabulous Fuseta
Mesmerised by the ever changing views from the terrace and every window ! (never tired of them). Fabulously located. Hands down the best apartment in the small complex. Plenty of wonderful restaurants to walk to even in March. Perfectly positioned to use as a base to explore the wonderful area (car not necessary) but the added benefit of secure parking in the garage is a real bonus. Great communication with Niko exactly as described and easy to find. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Penthaus mit schwächen
Die Wohnung ist modern, groß, hell, sauber und ziemlich komplett ausgestattet. Die Warmwasserversorgung ist schwankend, während des Duschvorgangs muss man beweglich bleiben. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, aber die Aussenmöbel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, die Polster haben schon viele Körperflüssigkeiten aufnehmen müssen. Bringt Badetücher mit! Leider hat man ca. 100m vom Haus eine Freiluftbühne mit irrer Soundanlage aufgebaut, für das Sommerfest in Juli und August, läuft an manchen Tagen bis Mitternacht. Die lauen Sommernächte auf der tollen Terrasse zu geniessen ist in diesen Monaten nicht möglich. Wir haben aber die meisten Tage dort verbracht und die Aussicht genossen. Trotz dieser Mängel haben wir dort eine sehr entspannte und angenehme Woche verbracht, und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Thank you for your review. Indeed, the summer holidays provide an ideal opportunity to partake in local festivals, spanning a few weekends filled with music and celebrations in the evening. While this might not be everyone's preferred choice, it generally remains confined to 2 or 3 weekends throughout the entire summer. I'd like to clarify that the stains on the seats primarily arise from rain incidents when our guests inadvertently leave the pillows outdoors or when visitors sit on them after swimming, while their swimsuits are still damp. We have plans to replace the terrace furniture this coming September, which will enable everyone to relish the splendid views without hindrance in the future.

Excellent Holiday
Excellent - our 3rd visit to the apartment. Can't fault it. Fabulous location, wonderful views, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with all amenities, easy and pleasant walk to town and beach. Great location for visiting all areas of Algarve. Will be staying again next year.

Traumhaftes Penthouse
Die Beschreibung bezogen auf das Penthouse stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit voll überein. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Zu unserer Zeit schien den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit Maria war ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Fahrrad-und Bootfahren ein. Es gibt auch nette Restaurants in der Innenstadt. Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent views
The penthouse has fantastic views across the salt marshes and onto Fuseta beach. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and has everything you would need for a holiday. The kitchen is small but again has everything you need. Fuseta itself is pleasant enough, lots of fish restaurants which provide good value for money. There is a fantastic walk through the salt marshes which is definitely worth the effort.

We enjoyed our stay in the penthouse! Restaurants, beach, boat excursions, and markets all were within walking distance. Car excursions to all Algarve locations were possible as day trips from the reserved parking spaces in the garage.

The views from the apartment are amazing. The train station is not far, but train noise is not noticeable. Close to shops and restaurants. A peaceful village with great beaches.

Another very enjoyable, relaxing stay in a very comfortable apartment. Perfect location, 180° views over the everchanging lagoon. Close to centre of Fuseta with good restaurants, cafes, beaches and walks. Fuseta is an excellent base to explore the East Algarve and only a 90 minute drive to the far West Algarve. Niko and Maria very helpful. Our 2nd stay this year and still exceptional.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location
A great holiday in a very comfortable apartment with fabulous views of the Ria Formosa. Niko and Maria were both very helpful, especially when our flight was delayed by 2 hours. The apartment had everything we needed and we found it very relaxing. Its central position and the underground parking was a bonus. Fuseta is an unspoilt fishing village, not very touristy, just enough, and our sight seeing trips to all the nearby towns have been very interesting. Our favourite will always be Tavira though. We will coming back next year.

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in Fuseta sehr genossen. Großen Anteil daran hatte die großzügige Ferienwohnung mit ihrem spektakulärem Ausblick auf die Lagune. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter - die Kommunikation, die gesamte Abwicklung und das Einchecken waren optimal.

Tolle Wohnung in 1A-Lage
Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit großem Balkon und direktem Wasserblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster und ist nur mit Milchglaswänden vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man mit mehreren Personen verreist.

Excellent apartment and excellent location
The view from the apartment is even better than the pictures suggest and the roof terrace is just so splendid that we spent two days almost completely at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you'd need and it only a short walk from Fußet town centre as well as the Ria Formosa nature conservation area where you have plenty opportunity for nice walks. Furthermore, communication with the own was very helpful and uncomplicated and Maria, who showed us to the apartment was very kind and helpful, too. We would love to come back!

Einfach nur der Blick genügt...
Hier könnte man tagelang einfach nur verweilen und dem Gezeitenwechsel der Lagune zuschauen. Lage und Unterkunft sind schlicht einzigartig. Liebenswerter Empfang und Einweisung durch Maria, umgehender unkomplizierter Kontakt zum freundlichen Vermieter. Fazit: Alles bestens !

Great appartment overlooking the sea
This was an excellent apartment for us as we do a lot of watersports, walking and cycling and do not hire a car. Everything is possible within 2-5 minutes walking. The train station is less than 2 minutes away and is also very handy. The views from inside and from the terrace are excellent and are part of the holiday. The place is also very secure.

terrific holiday stay in Fuseta
This is a beautiful apartment in the town of Fuseta with its beautiful beachs and restuarants, the view from the apartment over the ria Formosa is simply stunning and you will spend most of your time on the sun terrace .The beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom facilities excellent.It is in a great location close to the town with all its facilities,Niko was great to communicate with and we were met at the apartment by Maria who showed us around and was very helpful. Overall a five star experience.

A holiday like a dream! / Ein Urlaub wie ein Traum!
Everything was perfect right from the start. Maria, the good soul of the house, received us at the agreed time and presented the apartment. Our expectations were already very high, the description of the apartment and the pictures were very promising, but the expectations were exceeded again. Top equipment, very neat apartment in a very beautiful complex. And then there was this view over the Ria Formosa. Wake up in the morning with a view of the sea and go to bed in the evening with the sound of the sea. Simply priceless! All in all a great apartment. The parking lot in the underground car park is also worth mentioning. Especially in the high season this is worth a lot in Fuseta. Thanks also to Niko for the great information and the friendly support even before our vacation. We can only recommend this apartment and are already looking forward to coming back. Schon von Beginn an lief alles perfekt. Maria, die Gute Seele des Hauses, hat uns zum vereinbarten Termin empfangen und die Wohnung präsentiert. Unsere Erwartungen war schon sehr hoch, die Beschreibung der Wohnung und die Bilder waren sehr vielversprechend, aber die Erwartungen wurden nochmals übertroffen. Top Ausstattung, sehr gepflegte Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Und dann war da diese Aussicht über die Ria Formosa. Morgens mit dem Blick aufs Meer wach werden und abends mit dem Rauschen des Meeres ins Bett gehen. Einfach unbezahlbar! Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung. Zu erwähnen ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Gerade in der Hauptsaison ist das in Fuseta viel wert. Danke auch an Niko für den tollen Infos und die freundliche Betreuung schon vor unserem Urlaub. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und freuen uns schon aufs Wiederkommen.
