HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
There was ZERO communication through the VRBO platform until SEVEN HOURS AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CHECK IN. I spent hours dealing with VRBO customer service who was also unable to contact the property manager - the numbers provided were all disconnected. We were forced to find another place to stay at the very last minute. VRBO confirmed with us that they cancelled the reservation and we would be refunded. Nonetheless, the property manager for this listing insisted that they would not cancel or refund us despite the fact we never stayed there (I was unaware that the property management company collected our money directly, rather than VRBO). It has been a month and we still do not have our money back -- so we have now paid for two reservations (totaling thousands of dollars). This listing and this management company should be pulled from VRBO.
We will never use VRBO again after this experience.
