Feel like it's your home! You have rented the entire home with exclusive access to the house, expansive front yard, and private patio backyard. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a smart lock.

Each bedroom has their own closet for guest use. There are additional cabinets and closets locked for cleaning supplies.

The LEFT parking space is reserved exclusively for this unit. 2 small cars may fit single file. Inquire about our additional off street parking.

There is a small casita at the back of the property. Both units are completely private, each with its own entrance and separate, six-foot fenced yard.

★OTHER THINGS TO NOTE★

EXTRA GUESTS - Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed. Any additional, unlisted guests will incur extra charges.

NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted unless previously agreed upon in writing at the time of booking.

LOCAL RESIDENTS - Locals must contact us before booking. We do not allow parties, so please do not book if you plan to host a party.

RESPECT - Please respect the property and treat the home as if it belonged to a close friend. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted.

PESTS - While we treat the house with non-toxic pest repellent, bugs occasionally occur in the Southwest. Although we strive to maintain a spotless environment, please keep in mind this possibility before booking.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS - There are two actively recording exterior Ring Cameras located on the property, one facing the front door and street and the other facing the carport. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE HOME.

MONTHLY STAYS - Message us about more extended stay specials! After 28 days or more, guests must sign a Rental Agreement and undergo a credit and background check upon booking confirmation.

CLEANING - While daily housekeeping is not provided, we can arrange a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you are interested in this service.

GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING VISITS - To keep our beautiful back patio plants thriving, our gardener will need to stop by and water them for stays longer than one week. Additionally, for extended stays, you may notice our landscaper scheduled to maintain the property during your visit. We will notify you in advance if this occurs, and in some cases, we may be able to reschedule with prior notice to minimize disruption.

TRASH COLLECTION - On Tuesday evenings (or occasionally Wednesday mornings), we take care of putting the garbage out. We will not enter the premises or pass through the gate unless something requires our attention for your safety and convenience.

Great little cozy place!

Shawna was such a great host! She gave us everything we needed at check out no miscommunication whatsoever! Check in was so easy and simple! My kids loved the rooms! Beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean! Will definitely be staying again! 🙌
