Très bonne étape
Très bon hôtel. Bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas à la hauteur, pauvre en choix et en quantité. Sinon tout le reste était parfait.

I expect airport properties to be a bit loud however this facility was exceptionally quiet. I never heard a plane and I didn't hear any traffic even though it's fairly close to the interstate. The king suite room was large and clean. The lobby was immaculate and the front desk personnel were exceptional in their friendliness and helpfulness. This is one of the best airport hotels that I've stayed in recently. I didn't realize my room would not have a bathtub although the shower was extraordinarily roomy. But I like to have a Ledge so that I can put my foot up to shave my legs! There is no vent fan in the bathroom either so the mirror fogged up and stay foggy for quite a while. Honestly that is my only issue and it's just a personal one. I would definitely stay here again! Oh yes and the hot tub was a lovely temperature, at least 102 °. It is however a four-person hot tub so I had to wait to get in it. It was clean though and the pool was also clean.

Getting to the property is a little tricky as it takes you through the airport parking. Maybe I missed a turn but that was quite confusing. East to get back onto the hwy just not easy from the highway. Otherwise excellent service and experience

This was the 2nd comfort suites we stayed at during our trip. This one was sub par compared to the other in Carlsbad which was superior. I expected the same level of service and amenities but not so. Just hopes each hotel in the same chain was comparable.

It's surprisingly hard to find an indoor pool in Albuquerque at a hotel that doesn't charge a ridiculous amount. This hotel fit the bill for my family of 4 in terms of a clean, indoor pool and hot tub for the kids; 1 minute drive from the airport; easy exit to the interstate; built within last three years, so fixtures and amenities are in working order and clean; good complimentary breakfast; no extra charge for parking. My only two very minor complaints were that (1) the mattresses are the pillow top variety, and those hurt my back/neck, and (2) there is no non-slip protection in the bathtub. I addressed this with staff on my way out, and she explained that because of the type of cleaning agents used, nothing will stay stuck. She did say that guests may request a rubber bath mat from the front desk, which I would do next time. I would stay again.

As I was checking out, the new employee asked me how was my stay and if there was anything that could have been done to make my stay better. Then to add to that, the employee training her, offered me a complimentary beverage. Both thanked me and mentioned looking forward to my next stay. This was a positive way to treat guests and make them want to return.
