« Cozy house in a quiet lakeside community with ample forest surrounding and lovely trails for walking. The lake is one row of houses away and was frozen during our stay but still beautiful to see in the near distance. Interior of home was clean and fully functioning. Open kitchen with everything one needs to cook and clean up after ones self. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the clear communication with the host. Thank you! »

« Just as the name says - a cosy cottage at the lake! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had decorated the cottage for Christmas - even had a Christmas tree! They also supplied ample fire wood to have the indoor fire place going all day and well into the evenings. Great experience. Thank you. »

« This cottage is beautifully decorated and set up. It is next to the public pier and the market so it’s very convenient to pick up ingredients that you may have forgotten. There are two large trees in front providing shade which is a precious feature on the beach. We brought kayaks and were able to visit the nesting terns and the yellow-headed blackbirds in the reeds. The water in the taps has quite a strong sulphuric smell but a water cooler is provided by the property. We would definitely visit...

« We enjoyed our time at the cottage as we were evacuated due to wildfires in the NT. It was a little cozier than we thought as the two bunk beds are supposed to sleep 8 of the 12 guests and an air mattress for the other 2. But there isn’t any room for the air mattress except in the living room between the couches so you have to put it up and down each night. The view was amazing and the sunsets beautiful. It was too bad that there were two water advisories so we couldn’t go in the water but it...
