nous avons passé un bon séjour à l hôtel. la chambre était propre. l hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville. Notre seul problème c est ce que avons un van et que c était difficile de trouver un parking

L'emplacement au centre ville c'est excellent. Les rideaux sont transparents donc tout le monde peut voir et en plus de la lumière qui est toujours présente quand on dort a fait en sorte que l'on a de la difficulté à dormir. La salle de bain a besoin de rénovations.

C’est un motel donc la réception ferme tôt. Il faut faire attention de bien arriver avant 17h. Il n’y a pas de savons. Mais sinon la chambre était spacieuse dans mon cas mais j’ai vu que j’ai eu de la chance. Et le quartier agréable

bien situé au coeur d'Adélaïde
bon hôtel, bien situé, confortable. petit bémol pour un bruit persistant dans la chambre qui est du coup assez gênant pour dormir. Accueil très sympathique , bon rapport qualité prix à un emplacement idéal pour le shopping, visiter la ville ou pour manger.

Hôtel à rénover
L'hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation. Les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas donc impossible d'aérer, on a été obligé de changer de chambre car dans la première l'odeur n'était pas supportable. La literie est également à changer. Bref, je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

Didn't have the room l booked, and gave me a room at a lower standard with no recompensation. When l spoke to reception was told a room might be available in a day or two. The room had been cleaned only superficially with dusty window sills. The next day when spoke to reception about how noisy the night had been was told l should have asked for a room in the back of the hotel, even though this was not an option when booking.I then cancelled my booking for the next 4 days but was told don't expect any money back as they had a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, even though they could not provide me with the deluxe room l booked.

property is older and decor matches its age. basic but clean rooms. if you need a cheap overnight stay or two and you're not fussed about middle to high end this will meet your needs

Hi peter, thanks for taking the time to give some feedback. We are an old hotel that is getting a little face lift (painting etc) in May later on this year! You will have to come and see us once it is done.

Very noisy from outside. Room was old needs to be updated. Shower was very ordinary. Would not recommend staying there.

Positiv: Nettes Personal, Zentral gelegen, Bett bequem und sauber Negativ: Nasser Teppichboden (Es hat nach Schimmel und Chemikalien gerochen), Lichtschalter nur neben dem Bett, sogar der Gang zu den Zimmern hat stark nach Fäulnis/Chemikalien/Schimmel gerochen, kein richtiges Fenster (somit keine frische Luft), Allgemein Ringhörig (Man hört andere Menschen duschen, ect.), Teppich unsauber und zum Teil sehr nass. Ich würde kein zweites Mal dieses Motel buchen.

We were in room 508 for two nights and it was very very noisy in the lane way all the night . When we came back we were in 502 very nice room and not noisy at all. The room was that little bit better condition than 508. looked like they had up graded the room and facilities. Even the air condition was very quiet. We could not use the one in 508 to old and noisy.

Not comfortable sleep.
There was a problem with the Toilet system. There were massive noise coming from Toilet. We just could not sleep at all. We checked with them and they said the building is very old and they know about this problem. Rather than catching a earlier flight we wanted to have a comfortable sleep which did not happen. Not happy with that.

This is a heritage property and the building practices of 100 years ago certainly can't hold a candle to what's done today. I have stayed at Paringa a number of times over the years. It is well situated for my purposes when visiting Adelaide, being as it is in the centre of the city. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Manageress and staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Nothing Fancy but a wonderful stay
Our stay was great. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a huge smile from Heather. She was super friendly and welcoming. We got to our room and it was very spacious! It had a huge bath for the kids too. A bar fridge, kettle, smart TV, etc. everything we needed. The sheets were fresh crisp & white! You do get what you pay for, however, our stay for fantastic for what we paid. The hotel was nothing fancy but honestly we never spend much time in a hotel room whilst on holidays, we’re too busy exploring. So as long as it’s clean & comfortable we are happy. Staying here was great. We will book again. Thank you

Terrible experience. Checked out and was double charged still no refund as of yet Sheet had holes in it, water system not great and dirty. Also with late check in, the staff did not bother to answer the phones after 5pm which was very stressful. The direcrions were not sent out until we were waiting outside for half an hour and another guest let us in.

First class choice for a reasonably priced stay.
Well located in central adelaide. Reception area is dated, but our 5th floor room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, with a good shower and strong wifi. Heather, the live in manager, was exceptionally helpful, even at a late after hours check in. Excellent choice for a reasonably priced stay.
